Pastor Andy joined the servant-leadership team of GBC in March of 2024 and serves as Lead Pastor.  Andy and his wife Michelle were married in 1995 and have three grown children- Jared, Lydia and Noelle. Michelle is a proud mom, teacher and nationally licensed soccer coach. Andy’s ministry experience includes staff positions of youth pastor and associate pastor as well as Senior Pastor; in addition to his pastoral roles, Andy has also served in regional and national ministry roles. In whatever role he serves in, his most enjoyable responsibility is always preaching The Word.

Andy graduated from Faith Heritage High School in Syracuse, NY; then attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA where he received his B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Youth Ministry; he eventually completed his Master of Divinity degree at Evangelical School of Theology in Myerstown, PA. Andy also holds multiple certifications in church assessment processes, premarital counseling tools/assessments, and leadership assessment/development tools.

In addition to family and ministry, Pastor Andy enjoys refereeing soccer, hunting, fishing, and shooting trap, skeet, and sporting clays. He is somewhat of a “foodie” and prefers to bypass chain restaurants to find the local joints when possible- he’s always up for a meal together or meeting for coffee to chat about life and The Word (he’ll probably be drinking Diet Coke!) so don’t hesitate to reach out! 

Pastor Rob started at GBC as a volunteer middle school youth leader in May of 1996. He became the Pastor of Student Ministries, for youth in grades 6-12, in June of 2005 while working towards his master’s degree. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College with a Master of Bible in 2008.

Pastor Rob has been married to Cathy since October 31, 1998. They have two daughters, Brianna & Meghan. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, sports, and spending time with his family.

Pastor John has been married to his best friend, Heidi, since October 1995, and they have been blessed with five wonderful children: Abbey, Becca, Johnny, Drew, and Ben. 

John was a Systems Technician at Verizon for 26 years before retiring in April 2023 to pursue full-time ministry.  He graduated from the University of Delaware in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish.  John completed a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies Degree from Lancaster Bible College / Capital Seminary in 2021. 

In his leisure time, John can be found spending time with his family & friends playing board games or sports, especially golf, enjoying time studying the Scriptures or telling his famous (or “infamous”) dad jokes.

Allyson was hired as the Children’s Ministry Director in 2019.  Allyson grew up as the daughter of a Pastor and has been serving in children’s ministries since she was young.  She has directed VBS at GBC since 2014.  Before coming on staff at GBC, Allyson spent 10-years working at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and she operated a daycare for 10-years.

Allyson has been married to Jeff since 2000, and they have 3 children, Brennan, Ellie, and Michael.  She enjoys spending time outside,  gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family.

What I love about my job:
I love seeing team members use their God-given gifts and grow in confidence and skill. I also love hearing them give testimony about our worship songs. These things greatly bless me.
